Cookie Policy
Here we explain what cookies are, which ones we use on Niceaway.com, what they do and how you can change your settings.
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website saves on your device, such as your computer or phone. They let a site remember your settings, measure traffic and show ads. Similar technologies, such as local storage and pixels, work in much the same way, so in this policy we call them all "cookies".
The site is run by ALVARO Jesica Alvaro, ul. Kminkowa 156, 62-064 Plewiska-Poznań, Poland, tax ID (NIP): 627 262 2807, REGON: 361 883 209. You can read more about how we handle personal data in our Privacy Policy.
When do we ask for your consent?
Under Article 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law, we ask for your consent to analytics, advertising and marketing cookies in the banner you see on your first visit. The banner is run by Google's consent management tool, which follows the IAB TCF standard. Without your consent, only cookies needed for the site to work are used, along with the GetYourGuide widgets with tours and tickets, which are part of our articles (see the table below).
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect cookies used before you withdrew it.

|---|---|---|---|

| Partner widgets load with the article | GetYourGuide (widgets with tours, tickets and attractions) | showing current offers, prices and available dates, and crediting bookings to our site; GetYourGuide may store its own cookies when doing this | as set out in the GetYourGuide privacy policy |
When you click an affiliate link (e.g. Booking.com, GetYourGuide, DiscoverCars), you go to the partner's website, which uses its own cookies under its own policy.
Statistics without cookies. In addition to the tools in the table, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts visits without storing cookies and without identifiers that could recognise you on later visits, so it works regardless of the choices you make in the banner. You can find more in our Privacy Policy.
How can you change your cookie settings?
You can change your choices at any time with the button below or the "Privacy and cookie settings" link at the bottom of every page.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge. Bear in mind that blocking necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working properly.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the law or the tools we use change. The current version is always on this page.
